About Maggie

She is a self motivated Registered Dietitian with excellent interpersonal communication with experience teaching and counseling a range of age groups and skill levels. She has a strong ability to integrate seamlessly into the framework of a multidisciplinary team to ensure and support a productive working environment. She’s also effective in critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to aid in the medical nutrition therapy care process.

She is currently an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven teaching lab instruction for Healthy Food Preparation wherein students learn to exercise techniques pertaining to a multitude of therapeutic and elective dietary interventions (gluten free, vegan, carbohydrate-controlled, high fiber, FODMAP, etc...) to exact desired health outcomes. She is also a clinical Dietitian at Middlesex Health where she conducts nutrition assessments and establishment of individualized interventions for patients in an acute care setting as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
